hi dear all,
anybody knows which tool can interpret the behaviral code to structural level.
for example,

c=a+b
.
.
i except the tool can translate the 'adder' line to sth which only have not/nand gate.
the total cell number is small, i.e., ≤10.
it would be best the tool is free and small.
