spectre post layout simulation

Dear all,

I have TSMC 0.35um PDK, Cadence 5141 and whole chip layout is done having 6352 transistors.
I want to do post-layout simulation by using Spectre because Hspice is too slow for me.

Anybody knows?

postlayout spectre

Yes you can do it...

Maybe u should try Ultrasim which is Cadence's Fastspice Simulator...

Dear taik,

I don't know how to do.
How about sharing the simulation step?

Anybody knows?

Do you have TSMC 0.11um PDK and simulation model?
Thanks.
