ccs pickit2

I have previously used an LPT programmer with CCS IDE.

I have recently bought PicKit2(usb) and need to use this through Mplab to program.
For this I need CCS PCM., which I do not have.
Is there other way to use CCS C with PicKit2 or where can I find CCS PCM without buying the pakage from CCS. Dollars are very expensive in South Africa.Even more for hobbiest.

Thx
PS: This is a great forum and I spend hours reading & learning from others.

I need the PCM to build the project in MPlab.
