how we can generate the temperature independent current reference
as the we can generate the tempratire indepentdet voltage ref (bandgap)
 

You can use the bandgap reference voltage and do VI conversion. Of course, the tempco of the resistor used in VI conversion should match with the tempco of your bandgap reference voltage output.
