How to calculate resistance of a metal structure (given sheet resistance)
 

did u refer any text book ?

metal structure? what do u mean by that?

If your metal structure has a simple layout (i.e. a rectangle) - you can use analytical formulas.

For complicated layouts (shapes of the metals), you can use either a commercial resistance simulator/extractor, or write your own simulator (i.e. generate a mesh, write a finite difference form of Laplace equation, generate matrix, solve it, get the result).
