Hi,

I have a problem while genarting STIL file.
Some functional inputs are considered as clocks which is wrong.
I try to remove these clocks, but it stil consider that are clocks

Plz help

Re: Tetramax ATPG

are you using the Quick-STIL feature of Tetramax to generate the STIL file.

Tetrmax assumes a pin to be a clock from it timing section, in the waveform if some pin has a "P" waveform character associated with it , then it is considered as a clock..
Edit the waveform section to make sure that your pin is not having the "P" character.

Re: Tetramax ATPG

thanks vlsi_eda_guy,

The issue is fixed, the problem is coming from the Scan insertion,
