measurements spectre output voltages

Hi,
I am performing the Pnoise analysis on a PFD-CP (phase freqdetector/charge pump). I need to plot the output noise current of the charge pump. How do I do this using the Pnoise analysis of spectre? The PNoise analysis in Analog artist lets me only choose the voltage node and hence it plots the output noise voltage.

Spectre Reference mentions that option " probe " for current measurement. But i don't know how to use it in case of Chargepump.

So can anybody tell me , how to plot output noise current of ChargePump in cadence spectre.

Thanks in advance
