how to get wider bandwidth for meander line using cst urgent

hello anyone please help me

i am now design meande line for 470MHz for UHF band for handheld radio application
material that i use are BST. the problem is i can't get wider bandwidth however the freq i can achieve 470.25MHz. the bw only 5.56MHz and i should get 20MHz

so hope anyone can give any idea or advise because i am now need to submit my dimension for my final project to my supervisor......
