"invalid data encountered in the code" error in AD

ADS error

hi all
who knows the main reason of this error in ADS2005 on EM simulation
"invalid data encountered in the code"
some times i change type of ports from single to internal ,some times i clear cond layer in area out of the single port border,but some times i never can solve this problem, i don't know what the reason of this error is.
