how to copy cpld

Hi all,

Is there anyway to copy a protected PAL, GAL and CPLD? How to do that?

Regards,

pal gal copy

I think if it's protected, you cannot read back. If not, it was not protected.

copy protected gal

Hi,
Old PALs/GALs can be read from EXPRO-100 programmer. I checked by my self. Don't know how it work.

cpld copy

Hi weeyndha

Do you know if there is a combinatorical or a register logic inside? A combinatorical can be 'read' out by trying each input combination and to look what comes out. If there are registers used this won't work...

Bye
