Plz help me ,i need a basic of data sending by 74595 & 89C51 to control 8 Leds ,control by C programm.The test shown in an image.

This is very simple for use shift register,
74595 is 8-bit 3-state serial-in parallel-out shift register with output registers and
asynchronous reset,

all you need is to send serially the data with the clock signal
