basic vlsi design

this book had written by duglas a, pucknell, eshraghian and i need it

basic vlsi design

Very friendly inform you that, this book is the worst book at least from my opinion. For better understand VLSI you can try these : " Submicron Design " by John Uyemura, "Silicon Nanotechnology" by Sir Shunri Oda, And 2 more books written by Sung Mo Kang and Tsividis. All the best.

Sorry, i dont remember exactly from which site i had taken the ebook links, so it'd better that you go to google and search by yourself. The book Shunri Oda is a valuable one, strongly recommend.

Hi,
Thanks for your recommendation.
It's actually SILICON NANOELECTRONICS by Shunri Oda and David Ferry. The book can be found at gigapedia.org
