Oh, I test it. it's good. although it didn't detect moved lines but it has many nice options that can help us to do better comparison.

I am using Winmerge and it fits ok

I use WINDIFF from Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Tools.

I use Windows Commander(now Total Commander)
It's great, with many functions.

Use Beyond Compare. Is the best for me. Regards.
