Help me design a fully differential comparator design

i want to design a fully differential comrarator that compares two differential
inputs in .13umc tech with delay less than .2ns for low resolution adc

Do research on the low voltage comparator design, then you will get the basic idea on the implementation.

For example, fully-differential comparator for 2.5 bit/stage pipelined adc.



You also have more simplified version without capacitors, but with different comparator structure, where threshold is determined by input diferential pair ratio.
