I want know you'r idea ;
Which compiler is the best for programming AVR in C++?
avr-gcc ?
IAR ?
....?

Best depends upon indivdual choice and prefernces, also depends upon requirements.
GCC is a good choice.

see , i mean which compiler has complete c++ lib for AVR ?

Which one has better and fuller lib ?

I heard in some points IAR is better than Winavr ... is it ?
