Hi everybody,

I start using Cadence to design CMOS IC and I would like to know the difference between Spectre and Hspice simulator.

Any help or paper or book reference will be very appreciated

Thanks a lot..

With Regards

Easy - HSPICE is owned by synopsis and Spectre is Cadence product. Check which models you have available and then decide which tool to use - models are different...
