i've searched a lot, but there's only simple model, usually for discrete one. Does anyone have model for IC design. I'm using 0.8um process, but any models is highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Bipolar technology is not like CMOS, where a 0.8u CMOS model will be similar to other "vanilla" 0.8u CMOS mosfets. For example, there are 0.8u bipolar technologies with a Ft from 10 GHz to 50 GHz. Other parameters will also be dependent if it is a single poly vs. double poly structure.

it means that we cant simulate out design before fabricating?

Where are you fabricating your circuit? You should request a model from the fab that will be fabricating your part. Using a model that is not representable of what will be produced by your fab is not wise.
