Hi,
I am working in embedded systems. But i am new to linux. Can anybody tell me how to learn linux which can help me develop embedded systems on linux plateform.

thanks

new to linux

Hey Shameem

Guess you need to find some ebooks in EDA forum to get yourself familiar with the following subjects

1. How to boot your device in Linux, keyword XLOADER, UBOOT
2. How to build your Linux Kernel
3. How to build the Root File System for your system, keyword : BusyBox
4. How to build your Kernel Module

You and do a search in Google of ELDK (Embedded Linux Development Kit ), The website provide a series of tool chain for Embedded Linux.

I am new to embedded Linux too, have fun

Re: new to linux
