LG-mc83a shutdowns after 2-3 seconds

mc83a chasis, powers on then revert to stnby aftr 2-3 secs.

i've checked b+ (115v)and its ok .stnDby voltage is 5v..

what could be causing this problem, any help would be appreciated.

problem solved, found out that IC01(system ic) was causing the problem..
