How to set multicast and ntp range in Quick Time player

Hi all;
I am streaming vedio clip from DSS server.But i don't know how to set ntp range and Multicast session by usinging Quick time player.Actually i don't want to set ntp from 0 to end of stream.I want set ntp like 12.34 - 217.166 like.
Plz reply it.
