Cadence Skill function for changing the layer properties

I would like to know the skill function for changing the layer properties.

I have HVt library, I need to convert it into LVt by just changing the VTH layer to VTL.. I know that a small piece of skill code does that..

Can anybody tell me that function name?..
 

Cadence Skill

Ask Cadence, they made lot of changes in SKILL recently.

Hi,
Its so simple... I just taken the coordinates of VTH layer, then deleted that VTH layer... Later I created a new VTL layer based on VTH coordinates...
