What is the baud rate at which PC communicates (serial communication) ?

The buad rate is the symbol rate & by digital modulation a symbol can contain more than one bit

The transmission rate at which data flows between computers. The baud rate is roughly equivalent to the number of bits per second (bps). And If you want the speed (not the definition) then it can be upto 115Kpbs (a little more). Kindly also check the Post

i think baud rate is adjustable depending on ur hardware side setting.

what u wnt to do
normally buad rate is number of signal per secnd that is serially transmitted out by ur hardware ..this term use for serial communication

You can select the baud rate for data transmitted from PC using hyperterminal. could you please eleborate on your requirement?
