Google Apps issue concerning registering an email account

Hi
I have "Google Apps ISP Standard Edition", and I'm owner domain https://unitra.eu.org

I would like to give users of my portal ability to signup for an gmail account @unitra.eu.org via
form like this: https://mail.google.com/mail/signup rather than creating each account by myself.

I found Google API documentation:

But I really have no idea what to do with this stuff...

What I need is an example of this registration form (maybe someone already made this working?)

Could anyone can help me manage with this?
I'll be grateful for every reply for my post.
