samsung syncmaster 591s schematic

i've downloaded samsung softjig, mdl files and other files such as bulletin.
how to use that file ( the requirements such as assembler or c/c++ compiler ) and other hardware requirements.

is there any manual for softjig.

i need samsung syncmaster 591s & 793df schematic and buletin.

and also general explanation in fixing samsung monitors
