It depends on the frequencies of the signal and the interference. Just evaluate the transfer function, replacing s with jw. This will give you the gain and phase at any frequency. If the interference signal is non-sinusoidal, you can do a Fourier analysis of the interfernece signal, and compute the gain at each frequency. The RMS output of the filter will be the square root of the sum of squares of the individual frequency components.
