Performance of ICO and VCO used in PLL

VCO is coming from ICO, adding a V2I converter
 

again northeast1.

please see my topic carefully, don't waste ppl's time to see the answers without any help

My scope does not restrict only to ring VCO, but also differential VCO. I may not consider LC at this moment. What I focus is in the range of 100-500MHz oscillator integrated on chip, either ICO based or VCO based.
