Leakage in PMOS vs NMOS

Which has lesser leakage PMOS or NMOS ?
and why can anyone explain me clearly about this?
 

as far as i know NMOS has more leakage... it is due to the majority charge carrier and the energy required thermally or by collision to cause it to move in a way not determined by our equation considering the potential....
