Can I do myself aluminum alodining? (for make RF cases with aluminum)

Is there a site for training AL alodining? pdf ,link?

Yeah, it is easy to do. You either brush it on or dip the part into a tank, then rinse. You can get it from airplane supply houses, like Aircraft Spruce. It has to be at least at room temperature.

But good luck handling the stuff. It is now considered a hazardous material, and disposing of the left over stuff will be a problem. Hexavalent chromium, or some such nasty stuff.
