I am using windows XP and dual core, dual xeon processor and it uses only one processor.

my queation is Does xilinx ISE run on multi processor? and if how do it do it?

thanks in advance.

No. I asked Xilinx that same question a few months ago. They said ISE 9.1i can only take advantage of multiple processors or cores when using the PAR Turns Engine, and that feature runs only on UNIX/Linux. They are working on multithreading support.
