bipolar spice model

Hello

I'm working on PA and have problem with bipolar transistor modeling . Does anybody have experiance modeling spice model in Microwave Office?

I have uploaded equivalent circuit of transistor and my MWO file ( MWO 2006 v7.05 If you need, I can upload this version of MWO). I think a problem with correct connection or properties of Current Control Current Source element, because when I have set break frequency (3GHz), the s-parameters are very bad.

Thank you
