I'm doing my project on ECG signal analysis. Can any one guide me what type of circuitry and algorithms will be required for it. Also from where should i start. thanks
If you want to simulate an ecg machine
you'll need a highly sensitve trancducer first to sense the vibration produced by the action of the heart muscles. High stability amplifiers and a simple display can do the rest. But if you want to get a printed graph with ideal values etc you'll need higher level filters and comparators in addition. The algorithm is to convert the vibrations to cartesian (two dimensional) coordinates and print it on to a screen or paper.

But what to do if i want to diagnose the disease at some certain points from ECG waveform. And also what type of modulation should i use if i want to transfer the ECG signals to a webserver? Thanks.
the devices are quite similar the only difference is in there application and diagnoses...
and as for your question that how to diagnose...then for that you'll have to include a computer as well along with the the structure defined in the post linked...
and the singals should be transferred to your computer where you'll have to make a program in any language you like to get those digital patterns and how equivalent diagnostic result. note the patter and your result should be prestored in some database to be used.

Iam doing project on ecg denoising using wavelets
Iam able to add white noise and perform denoising using different thresholding techniques(fixed, heursure, sqtwolog, minimaxi).
I need muscle artifacts to be added as noise. Where can I find muscle artifacts as a signal in text format?
Also what is time frequency dependent thresholding?
