non-causal filter

Hi
I have a non-casual filter and want to simulate it in MATLAB (both in time by convolution and in frequency by multiplication)

Hoe can I do this?

specifcally in frequncy, I think that I can have a FFT on the filter coefficients and then apply a delay to the result but I don't know how to apply the delay.
