can someone suggest me some scheme to implement in a big circuit which requires lot of bias voltages that can be generated from one main bias source which is independent with temperature adn variations????

Re: bias circuit scheme IC containing number of bias voltage

i would suggest that you have biasing current rather than biasing voltages.
Use a simple constant-gm circuit to generate biasing currents.
take these current anywhere in the chip and generate the biasing voltages locally.
Global biasing is always through current and local biasing is through voltage

Re: bias circuit scheme IC containing number of bias voltage

And how to generate bias voltage from those biasing currents ...should some i to V converter be used or just pass that current to some resistor locally where bias voltage is needed.

Re: bias circuit scheme IC containing number of bias voltage

Pass the cyrrent through a diode connected PMOS or NMOS depending on if you have a current source or a current sink in your constant-gm circuit.
