Simulation Tools for IC STATION including Mentor Advance MS

IC STATION does not contain a simulator, probably I will be exporting the design and simulating it in TSpice. The required simulation Tool is currentley Mentor's Advance MS.

Can anyone get hold of this including the licence?
I currently have some software in transit but its useless without licences.
