I want to build my own water mist generator with an ultrasonic transmitter.

Are there there any special transmitters built for this purpose?
Are there any circuits already available
What is the best frequency used for this?
I was told that some transmitter can go up to 10 MHz, is that correct?

Thanks for any answer
