I enable drill hole open option and print the design, but it doesnt work

I want to ask aquestion, when I increase the drill hole size, is that appear on the screen?????in other word, is the shape of my footprint will change ????

orcad layout drill size

You have to change drill size in all the padstacks that you are using.

Another way is to modify original footprints and replace them.
