Problem with the output of a XOR

Hi
when I design the XOR , the output should be H as 2-inputs are oppsite. The XOR ckt which I sim. , it's output is L when the 2-inputs are oppsite where is should be H? I trace it but I didnot figure out what is wrong? can u help please to figure out what is happend?

XOR output

i think u have to remove the base of M5 and M10 to which is shorted to respective sources and connect to gnd, since it may forward bias the drain-base junctions.
