i need ultra low power uC with FSK encoder

hi
i need ultra low power uC with FSK encoder. power consumption should be equal or compatible with MSP430F1121 from TI .
Or i need micro-controller which will work at 7MHz at 3V, and current consumption should be very low ....
Can anyone suggest me some good uC??

I am not sure about it's current consumption but the most complete implimentation is to use a Cypress PSOC search for app note
FSK Generator using the PSoC Device - Standard AN2098

The code it's simple and easaly implemented with some MSP family microcontroller's...

fsk pic encoder

Have a look at pic rfpic chips. They have on board FSK encoder.
