hello guys.
can anybody explain what does the following sentence mean:

Relative to an ideal constant-frequency clock, the jitter present in the Audio Sample Packet
transmission timing shall not exceed one horizontal line period plus a single audio sample period.

related document:HDMI interface specification version 1.2a P86 of 110

so:

what is the jitter of the audio sample packet?
why it shall not exceed one horizontal line period plus a single audio sample period
