What is C0SS@P

I tried to find some info on C0ssAP from $yn0p$y$, however, it has little information on this, you can't even find it in the product introduction.

can anybody tell me why?
 

COSSAP is being replaced by CoCentric System Studio in the Synopsys toolset.
