Hi,
Plz can anybody help me out with DFT. I want to know about scan chain insertion concepts , ATPG and boundary scan/JTAG ..

I think you should get a book like
"digital systems testing and testable design"

If you have mentor DFT documents, please go through ATPG and DFT advisor guides to uderstand scan instertion and DFT concepts.
