Compact Flash to IDE

Dear all

I have made a Compact Flash to IDE interface that uses Compact flash I mode 3(true Ide mode) but unfortunately I get error when I partition and formatting it and after reset the system every ting goes wrong and system does not boot from Compact flash.
What must I do? Is anyone having experience with CF to IDE?

Thanks in advance.

I used a compact flash I in True IDE mode connect directly to an IDE bus of one ETX module.
Check this:

or this( i can't remember, but I think it's the first one)

And search for the example where they connect on CF to the IDE bus of the ETX. It's the same as connecting one CF to a PC IDE bus. I try that and it worked. Jus't don't use the same IDE bus with other device. I had problems when I connected one disk drive with the CF in the same IDE bus. Only worked when disk was master and CF slave, but even that didn't worked very well....
