the simulation just tell me the noise out/noise in=nf and added noise,
but when I change the source impedance and temperature all of the three noise also changed, can anybody tell me based on what the noise data are given out

especially noise in.

50 ohms for measurement. The noise temperature is determined by IEEE and shouldn't be changed.

Hi
NF is dependent on source impedance and temperature by the definition
There is IEEE standart for temperature (16.85C)
