I wanted to know how to calculate the torque for a stepper motor with an unbalanced dish antenna of 10 KG and a dia of 1m.
 

The datasheet for the stepper motor you are using should give you a torque rating based on how much current is applied.

If is does not then contact the supplier of the stepper motor and they will tell you.
