Hi everybody,
I replaced the power supply PWM controller (TEA2262) dead and Q510, Q503, D596 all dead. I also checked or replaced some involved cap's
A second after power-on, the power & Saving LED are blinking while the Geom LED is on. Nothing else.
I already took a look at the internet but there never was a satisfactory information about the meaning of those LED.
When I check the TDA8138 dual voltage regulator ( 5V & 12V), 12V is off by the disable function (pin 4), signal coming from IC801 (ST7271...)
You can help me if you already fix this problem or if you own the real service manual (I already own the schematics).

Many thx

tips

CPD17SF2 DEAD GREEN AMBER LEDS FLASHING R605 0.12R FUSIBLE IC504 TDA8172 BLOWN S/C

CPD17SF2 DEAD OR REPEATED FAILURE OF Q507 CHECK/REPLACE Q507 AND C525 (P/N# 1-126-933-11 100uF @ 16v)

CPD17SF2 high voltage comes on for about 30 sec and then shuts down.  Both leds are blinking.  HOT and fusible resistors are OK.  Q510=HV reg o/p transistor is nearly shorted, about 200 ohms and must be replaced, Sony # 8-729-033-93 located in D board.

CPD-17SF2 Replaced hot, now powers up, but shuts down with power+saving leds flashing, size led constant. You have a shorted fet at the input to the flyback.

CPD-17SF2 totally dead.  After replacing HV trans, both led blinking.  No 12 DC, but 145 V and 75 V exist.  Replacing IC602 (12 v regulator) did not help Check Mosfets Q503 and Q510, damper D501, and also check small signal diode D596 (near FBT) for reverse leakiness; a 1N4148 can replace it. Some capacitors may be bad in this area (start with C525, C540, C541, C592). Check for any blown fusible resistors in the SMPS transformer secondaries, and for any hairline cracks in the PC board traces

CPD-17sf2 zener diode D505, located near Q503 D505 is a 10 Volt zener.
Cpd-17sf2 T "Blue - picture yellowish - no software fault is missing.
" LM 324 for picture tube module examine. That does not bring a success replace R 358 (1MOhm)
