How can i calculate the frequency of RC Osc.

what is the formula that will help me to get the values of the frequencies depending to the values of R and C in the figure below

i need the correct formula pleazzz
 

It depend on what kind of oscillator circuit is used inside PIC16F84. But you should find the formula easily from the datasheet.
 

i think there is no accurated formula. just tables, and graphs for some R and C combinations... just check the datasheet... remember, that the RC osc isn`t accurtate...
