    1M is 1e-3 in SPICE syntax, giving 1 s time constant for the oscillator circuit. You are showing a warning, not an error message. The simulation may work or not, but you don't give sufficient information to decode the warning. Basically a problem of component definition. Simulation doesn't care...

    Additional point, you generally don't want thermals for SMD pads on microwave PCB, although they ease hand soldering and rework. You should rather follow the ground connection style used on the evaluation board, particularly for bypass capacitors, additional amplifier ground pads, connectors...

    An important design detail of the original eval board are the vias connecting the exposed pad to the ground plane. Also via fences for the input and output lines. Original PCB is apparently two layer Rogers, 50 ohm traces are 0.5 mm wide.

    Reading the very first datasheet lines answers your question. The special meaning of gain = 7 is minimal stable gain. OPA855 is a decompensated, not unity stable OP. Respectively unity gain of 8MHz isn't feasible. Many curves and waveforms are illustrating the parts behaviour.

    Did you notice that the datasheet specifies 7 pF input capacitance? Respective low corner frequency is expected with high source impedance.

    I presume "go and return currents" is referring to what we call differential cable current in usual terms. It is not influenced by a common mode choke, because the voltage induced by the current in one conductor is also seen by the other. Respectively it can't "equalize" currents.

    The voltages can be calculated under the assumption, that the voltages have 3x120° phase relation. But this must not necessarily the case, it depends on how the asymmetrical three phase system is generated. In other words, the problem specification is incomplete.

    Can you refer to a datasheet specifying the filter feature? Your decoder logic isn't good because it acts only on 1 out of 4 encoder output transitions.     For better resolution and symmetrcial behavior, use pin change interrupt sensitive for both encoder inputs. Compare actual AB input stage with stored previous state to determine rotation direction, use XOR for simple detection. If both inputs have changed, flag an overrun or hardware error.

    These are Macom respectively Minicircuits parts, they come with s-parameters, but no SPICE models. They might be fitted to the s-parameter tables.

    Surely not fully balanced, but the actual asymmetry depends on the permeability of the ferrite disc which blocks sheet currents more or less. With an ideal common mode choke, it's perfectly balanced.
