annular ring antenna

I'd like to design an annular ring slot antenna for 2.4 GHz. Could someone kindly point me out in the right direction as to how to design one (inner and outer radius specification etc) for a given substrate of dielectric constant er and thickness.

1)If Gate >5V.........the path between drain and source = close circuit
the load is come to vdd
2)If Gate =0V.........the path between drain and source = open circuit

Because I found that the S0 S1 and carry is very complex
I found S0 is similar to 1 bit full adder....I also is A0 XOR B0 XOR Cin
but S1 is very complex

Yes,
I knew that the IC has a zero code error,the data sheet is said about 0.5mVpp
but, I had an error over then 2mV
Besides,the reference gound is common with the all circuity ground
