oops ..my mistake . I wanted to write LX7.

    Thanks . I tried
.probe xl7(xm8.m0) to plot gm of transistor but it did not work. Is there any other way to plot gm/id for a FET

    Hello,

How do I use hspice to gm using XL7 when transistor is called as an instance in netlist ? For example, transistor is called as XM8 instead of M8 .

    Thanks

    Thanks for the response, FvM.
I Ultrasim user manual , I do not see any equivalent syntax. I am wondering if anyone of you have any suggestion.

    Hi ,

I am running Ultrasim on hspice control file. I have following syntax in the hspice and Ultraspice does not like "?" . Error message says that "Unexpected ternary operator "?" .

    Closed: HSPICE: Pass/fail check

    Hello,

In past I have done condition checking on output of a circuit and based on certain voltage declared "0" or "1" (similar to pass/ fail).
    For example
if V(out) is less than 0.5*VDD then...

You may want to put small nmos-half-latch at the pin in from second-stage of inverter (from left).

CML style delay cell with regulated supply will reduce injection of supply noise .It will certainly help if you are designing high speed DLL

    Closed: impedance measurement conclusion

If you have a common mode not connected to good 1.2V of ref-supply, you will get good response.

    Added after 1 minutes:

sorry, I meant to say "common mode node" instead of "common mode note"
