    Max mains voltage can be 126V of which 5% is 6.3V which seems the neutral can float to 6.3V above ground.

    I thought light dimmers switched the current quicker than mains frequency.

    Sweeping a coil with generator measured a coils voltage peaking at ~30.7Mhz and dipping at ~14Mhz - its inductance is ~4mH.

    Does this mean its parasitic capacitance is 6.71 fempto farads?
